Dear Potential Vendor,
The 9th Annual Wine, Chocolate and Cheese Festival is being held at the Ouray Community Center December 9, 2017, from 6-9p.m. This year’s theme is 1950s Car Hop! This event is designed to highlight premiere wineries, chocolatiers, cheese makers and artists from all over Colorado.

Your vendor application can be filled out and submitted below. Booth fees for early registration are $25.00. Booth fees include an 8 foot table, two chairs and a burgundy or royal blue floor length tablecloth. You are responsible for the decoration of your table. An award will be given to the best decorated table. Electricity is available on a limited basis. Booth fees must be included with your application and are nonrefundable.
Lodging is available for out-of-town vendors, but prior arrangements with Festival Coordinators are required.
Having product on hand to sell would be of great benefit to you! The holiday season is in full swing at this time and guests will be looking for last minute gift-giving items. Tastes of wine, chocolate, and cheese will be included in the admission fee of $20 per attendee. Please plan for approximately 150 to 200 people. Wine vendors are encouraged to sell wine by the glass and bottle. Chocolate and Cheese makers are encouraged to sell products in gift packages. You are free to price these items as you choose.
Each year the event benefits a local non-profit and this year’s non-profit is Weehawken Creative Arts.
