Chr. Hansen Names Lise Skaarup Mortensen as CFO

Chr. Hansen has appointed Lise Skaarup Mortensen as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective 1 October 2020. Lise Skaarup Mortensen succeeds Søren Westh Lonning, who is expected to leave Chr. Hansen by the end of October, following a short transition period. Over the past eight years, Lise Skaarup Mortensen has held various international leadership positions at Microsoft, including most recently as CFO of its German business. Prior to joining Microsoft, Lise Skaarup Mortensen served in finance and strategy roles at IBM, AP Moller-Maersk and BG Bank. “Coming from the software and digital services industry, Lise will be well positioned to help Chr. Hansen and our teams further develop our digital, data analytics and productivity agenda,” said Chr. Hansen CEO, Mauricio Graber. “Lise is ambitious and purpose-driven, which makes her a great cultural fit to the organisation. Moreover, I feel confident that her vast international experience will enable her to bring even more diversity of thought to our corporate leadership team.
